England and Northern Ireland will meet in Group D of European qualifying for the 2023 World Cup, which is about to be held in Australia and New Zealand.
Scotland, who certified for the event for the primary time in 2019, will face Spain and Ukraine in Group B.
Wales will share Group I with final time’s event hosts France.
Northern Ireland, who made historical past by reaching the Euro 2022 finals, and England may also face Austria, North Macedonia, Latvia and Luxembourg.
The Republic of Ireland are in Group A and can tackle Sweden, who beat England to complete third in 2019.

The finals event will happen between July and August 2023 and contain 32 groups, prolonged from 24 in 2019.
The winners of the 9 qualifying teams will progress on to the finals with the runners-up participating in play-offs in October 2022.
